St Paul’s Creative Centre offers coworking Memberships with flexible options to suit your business needs.

We cultivate a community specifically aimed at those working in creative arts and creative industry/technology, so our members can make the most of collaborative and networking opportunities.

Nestled in the north wing of our Great Hall on Level 1, the co-working space is adjacent to several meeting spaces, SongSpace rooms, a kitchen / bar area and features a stunning view of our cathedral ceilings.

We enjoy Gig City high speed internet, with speeds up to 1GB/s, a service which is included in our Membership fees.

Coworkers can choose Full or Part-Time terms, dedicated or non-dedicated desks, and get access to a range of other community benefits.

Starter Pack (5 days per month; limit 1 Pack) $99 per month plus GST
Part Time (non-dedicated desk; 1, 2, or 3 days/week max) $13 per day plus GST
Full Time (non-dedicated desk) $250 per month plus GST
Full Time (dedicated desk; subject to availability) $300 per month plus GST

St Paul’s Creative Centre Tenancies

Longer term tenancies offer shared office space on the ground floor for businesses with teams of 3 or more. These are sub-licensed (rather than by membership), and attract rent and outgoings.  Join waiting list
